Does Atracio handle multiple users?

Yes. Once you subscribe to Atracio, you will receive your admin account credentials (link, admin login and password). You can then add unlimited users to the platform in the configuration menu, the system will create automatically their accounts details. As an admin, you will also grant each user role-based access to only authorized menus and features.
For security purposes, we advise you to only give access to a restricted number of employees.

Does Atracio handle multiple branches?

Yes. As a platform administrator, you get to configure the branch or branches data each employee has access to, according to his duties.

Do I have to download Atracio software?

No, Atracio is entirely cloud-based. You only need internet and a web browser in order to get access to it. You can connect to your Atracio account anywhere through desktop, smartphones or tablets as long as they are connected to internet.

How do I get started with Atracio?

First, we advise you to request your free live demo by filling in the online form. An Atracio consultant will reach out to you within the next 24 hours in order to analyze your business needs and get you acquainted with the software. We can also provide you with a free trial account to judge it by yoursef. Once you purchase your subscription, you will receive your account details and we will walk you through in-depth use of the software.

Atracio is easy to use and you will have access to many ressources including a full documentation to help you getting started. For further enquiries or questions to address, you can contact our support teams, available 24/7, by chat, e-mail or phone.

If I decide to purchase the software after the trial version. Will I have to start fresh or keep the already entered data?

Before you start the trial version, you will be asked whether you prefer an empty version to enter your own data for possible future use or a version that is filled with sample data. If you choose an empty account, you can start entering your data in order to use it after the trial.

My fleet size is going up and down, how Atracio pricing will change?

Atracio pricing is flexible and allows you to upgrade or downgrade your plan per range of vehicles.

What is your refund policy?

In order to get you started on the system, we offer a 10 day-trial period. And since our customers had the time to try before they buy, we do not offer refunds.

How do I get training and support on using Atracio?

Atracio is highly intuitive and easy to learn. We offer free demos and videos to get you started but our team will be glad to assist you when you have further queries. You have access to a full documentation that will provide you with answers to every concern you may have. You can also contact our technical support and they will be very happy to answer all your questions.

Are there extra fees for live support?

No. Live technical support is included in your subscription.

Do I get a customized or on-site training?

Although Atracio is an easy-to-use software, we do offer online and on-site trainings.

What is the hardware requirement to use Atracio?

Can I run Atracio on my server or pay one-time license fee?

No, Atracio is offered only on a hosted model with us, and thus runs exclusively on Atracio's servers.
